The customer service provided by both Mustafa and Nixon was exceptional. I was able to bring in my desktop in the morning and it was fixed and ready for pick up in the afternoon, on the same day! Nixon and Mustafa are both kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend going to That Computer Guy for any computer issue.
Nixon was very courteous and immediately diagnosed my laptop problem, quoted me a price and assured me that I could pick up my laptop in a few hours.. it was ready as promised and my computer was better than new. I highly recommend Nixon and his company for any repairs on computers and related equipment..
He was very friendly and straight forward. Even though he diagnosed and found that repairing my laptop was not worth it. I appreciated his honesty! And would go to him again with any other problems.
