Needed a new monitor, so popped into the Cambridge store to have a look. The young woman at the counter, Destiny, asked if I needed some help. She patiently explained the different features of various models, showed me the different sizes, and even found exactly what I was after on sale. After all of that, she even carried it to my car (I'm disabled). Great service, I'm very happy I went to Canada Computers.

OK store. The store management is not invested in displaying products properly, if you are selling peripherals, accessories - at least display them, they don’t take that much shelf space. Nobody cares for the monitors you have on display, everybody will trust reviews but somethings like keyboard and mice, it’s all about comfort and feel and most of the mice, keyboards on display we can’t test them out.

I went to the store today as I was trying to pick up a wifi extender as I was having issues with wifi in the upstairs of a family house. We went in and asked for help from one of the associates (cannot recall the name!) and he was incredibly helpful.We got to the wifi extender area and the associate asked what issues we were facing. He could have just said here are the products and left but he wanted to see what the actual issue was. I mentioned we had wifi speed issues and immediately he told us that we likely needed a new modem in this scenario.
