“I’ve been to Michelle twice for a lash lift and both times I was highly impressed with the outcome aa well as the professional and relaxing atmosphere she has created!At my first appointment I was quite nervous as I haven’t had a treatment done on my lashes before. Michelle walked me through the entire procedure, letting me know what tool she was about to use and how it might feel. She expertly explained why she used a certain product on me and really put me at ease. The room was brightly lit, tidy and nicely decorated. She even asked what type of music I’d like to listen to as she worked!Michelle’s attention to detail really shined as she even went back to apply more lift to one unruly bit of hair (love those European genes). She truly is passionate about her work and I would highly recommend her to any friends and family looking for a skilled lash technician!“
“I have been visiting her for my eyebrows. My eyebrows were uneven before visiting her, but she fixed it very well and now my eyebrows are in good shape .Today, I also had a hair cut and she did an absolutely amazing job. It changed my entire look. Just loved it. Highly recommend this place.“
“Recommended: I have been here three times. The first two were for my son (10). He got a nice cut and colour for $50, because they were gracious. (Black and red) The second time was a simple haircut, but we were looking for a solution for a no-fuss hair style. Derek was great and created a great look that is very low maintenance. This is the second time Derek has made my son happy. I recently received a haircut from Derek as well and I was pleased. It's a family owned business with a lot of regular clientele. They are good at what they do. Now they offer spa and nail services.“

“I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Merakai!!! Long story short, I was getting married in 2 days and I had my lashes done at another reputable beauty place in Cambridge (who shall remain un-named) and ended up with not only the opposite of what I had asked for, but a full set of horribly done lashes with enough glue to hold the economy together. A friend recommended Merakai so I quite literally ran there in a panic. The owner helped me immediately. They squeezed me into a fully booked schedule the next day. It took them over an hour to remove the existing set due to the sheer volume of glue that had been used and set me up with a GORGEOUS set that turned out even better than the inspo pic I had shown them. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. Not only did they do phenomenal work, at the last minute, treated me with kindness and compassion (even though I had started out at a completely different beauty bar), but went so far as to not even charge me close to the full amount for the new set because they felt so bad for me and my situation (and did not ask for a penny for the removal which was extremely difficult and time intensive). This group of amazing women are without a doubt masters of their trade and leaders of the industry. (I also got a BANGIN’ spray tan here). If you need any kind of beauty service, don’t walk, RUN to Merakai. These girls are worth every penny, and then some. Thank you all for everything!!Service: Eyelash extensions“
