I had a horrible experience with regular lash lifts in the past (over processed into corkscrew curls), but I saw her work on a family member and couldn’t resist. I booked a Korean lash lift and brow lamination with her, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stop.

My sparse eyebrows damaged from the early 2000s look so much fuller than they are, and look like they’re growing in the way they are supposed to. My lashes look like I’m always wearing mascara, beautifully lifted and curled. It makes my eyes look so bright and open. I’m absolutely in love with how fresh and youthful I feel, even on my bare face days.

On top of it all, Michelle was so kind and lovely. The appointment flew by, and her set up is very comfortable. I was nervous because of my past experiences, and she replied to my emails with questions promptly. She was so reassuring, thoughtful, and I could tell she really cared. It made me feel so at ease going into the service. And from our conversation throughout the appointment, I could tell she was sooooo incredibly knowledgable. Couldn’t be happier!“
