I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Merakai!!! Long story short, I was getting married in 2 days and I had my lashes done at another reputable beauty place in Cambridge (who shall remain un-named) and ended up with not only the opposite of what I had asked for, but a full set of horribly done lashes with enough glue to hold the economy together. A friend recommended Merakai so I quite literally ran there in a panic. The owner helped me immediately. They squeezed me into a fully booked schedule the next day. Cass is absolutely amazing! I had an appointment with her tonight and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left! On top of that her work is amazing my brows look better than ever! This is my second time seeing Cass and I got a new service today and she was great at explaining the process and what to expect during and after my appointment! I would highly recommend Cass to anyone looking to transform their brows!! I have been a client of Merakai for a while now and I can honestly say that Taylor is an exceptional owner and lash technician. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about lashes, eye shape, lengths, style, you name it, she takes her time with each client and ensures they are comfortable and always answers any questions or concerns before she begins. Taylor's ability to set such a calming and supportive atmosphere is extremely rare but also captivating.
