I loved the overall experience from walking in and friendly greeting from receptionist who answered all my questions. I got to see Harsh Gill for my sciatica/back pain and he was very informative, non rushed, and very good at explaining the issue in easy to understand language. He took time to understand my medical history and then created a plan for me. After the appointment he advised me of some simple stretches to do at home. I'll definitely be coming back to Asara and will try out the other services they provide!”

“I am writing this to commend two lady physiotherapists, namely Sandeep and Sangeeta, who recently provided physiotherapy services at Active Life Wellness Center.
While visiting Singapore in April 2026, I suffered a compound fracture of my upper right forearm as a result of a fall. I had to have surgery and was in hospital for several days. I was then referred to physiotherapy which resulted in an improvement of some 20% back to what my arm was.
In Vacaville, California I went to physiotherapy sessions at Sutter Hospital and my arm continued to improve 50% but not more.
On the recommendation of Director Dr. Ravin Sodhi, who is a Chiropractor at Active life Wellness Center, Brampton, I had physiotherapy sessions at Active Life Wellness guided by Sandeep and Sangeeta. I am happy to say that theses ladies were most attentive and caring and my arm continued to improve. Now in a much better shape than before.
