I visited today for the first time and was amazed by my experience. Luca was a great masseuse and very knowledgeable individual who was able to help me assess my own body and find out my main pressure/pain points, and Puneet was a great chiropractor who helped me find ways to feel better in my lower back and foot. I had a great experience today and this is definitely a place I will return to for future appointments, highly recommend.

Sahara Health is amazing! Dr. Puneet and Balreen, the physiotherapist, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even speaking Punjabi to assist my dad, a truck driver suffering from back pain. It's a great environment with an amazing team. I highly recommend to fellow truck drivers experiencing pain or injury.

This clinic is nothing short of amazing! I have been treated by all the practitioners at Sahara - chiro, physio and all the RMTs! I’ve been to so many other physio clinics and they all put me on machines - the doctors and practitioners here were the first to treat me with their hands and focus on manual therapy. I’ve struggled with knee and shoulder issues for a long time now. Thank you to the entire Sahara Team, I am feeling my healthiest!!They also do WSIB claims!
