“I started seeing Dr. Sinclair back in 2022 to optimize my general wellness and to seek support for a specific health issue. She made it very comfortable to ease into my first acupuncture appointment and I’ve been seeing her since! She listens to what my issues are and treats the whole me in addition to my ailments.I just started seeing Dr. Neale in 2024 and the minor aches and pains I was living with are gone after just a few initial chiropractic treatments! I no longer feel any pain - the other treatments I had sought in the past were not nearly as effective as my time with Dr. Neale.Overall, a caring team of professionals that will be part of my treatment team for the foreseeable future.“

“Back in the Fall of 2021 I was looking for a place to do yin yoga, which I enjoy as it is mostly sitting or laying down, and very relaxing. A google search suggested Healthletica in Bolton, which I had driven past many time but never been to. The building put me off as it looks like a 1970's office building - and the banner announcing Hot Yoga was daunting. I didn't know what Hot yoga was to be honest but I assumed that it was fast paced activity, almost like a Jane Fonda work out. I imagined uber fit bendy people which i am not (yet). As my post pandemic resolution is "get out more, and do things that challenge you" I moved past my reservations and bought a 1 month pass online. Best decision ever. The Studio is beautiful inside, located at the top of the building - calm, clean and the yoga room is Hot. It turns out Hot yoga refers to the room temperature not fast cardio. Who knew? The staff and the folks taking classes were all ages and fitness levels and all super friendly. If i was worried or self conscious about myself in yoga gear I didn't need to be, plus the evening classes are both hot and lights dimmed. My favorite classes so far are Yin Yoga on a Wednesday evening and the unheated core fitness class on a Thursday evening. I recommend the one month pass if you are unsure if it's for you - you can take unlimited class with that - exploring all the different offerings“
