I've been coming to Total Image to see Catherine for YEARS. She has always made me feel welcome and taken care of. I never leave unhappy and she is realistic and explains the entire process of what's gonna happen to your hair. While I've given her a few challenges (Sorry!) she exceeds my expectations every time. She's absolutely amazing and is an absolute legend with dye. Love her and all of the staff here! Thank you!!

Catherine Catherine Catherine!!! I cannot rave about her enough!! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, I am so grateful I found her. I’ve never trusted someone with my hair so much and have so much confidence in knowing I’m going to love it every single time. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want to leave with the biggest smile on your face and the most amazing hair she’s your girl. Fabulous hair, and fabulous conversations while she’s working on it !

One of the best hair salons Burlington. Been coming here for over 8 years and have always been treated so well and leave looking amazing. During this time I have always requested Catherine and she is the kindest person ever. Every time I come she makes sure my hair is healthy and looks exactly how I wanted. The salon is very reasonably priced and is the perfect location within the mall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect set of highlights, blowout, or even just hair styled for an event or graduation.
