This place is amazing! I see Cassandra and there is not enough space in this box to share how absolutely incredible she is! Cassandra is the real deal!!! I have never met a hair dresser who listens, takes such good care of her clients and who literally goes above and beyond to make you feel/looking great! I walked in without an appointment with my daughter and at first, was told we couldn't be taken in. Rachel was so kind, she made it work within her busy schedule and I was able to get my hair cut and coloured! Not only did she nail everything! She was so kind and her head massage was much appreciated for this busy momma! Thank you so much Rachel!With that said, my daughter also had the same experience! This was her first time at the salon and Tanya made her feel so comfortable! She now loves the salon and says she can't wait to go again!Thank you both so much!Arjeta and Ariela! ?

I was a client at Total Beauty today and the owner, Amy handled a situation very professionally and respectfully when someone was causing a scene and not following the provinces guidelines by refusing to wear their mask around all other clients and staff on a busy Saturday. Amy was nice enough to suggest that they come early morning or late evening to accommodate them and by no means was she discriminating as the person has stated in their review below. Thankyou Amy for always looking out for your clients and staff and making sure the store is safe and clean. I think everyone else that was in the store would say the same.Services: Hairstyling
