I had a new stylist (Dawn), as my previous one left. Having curly hair, I was a little nervous...but didn't need to be. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. She gave me her honest feedback, and gave me a great cut. She didn't rush anything, and was perfectly happy to straighten my hair. I will definitely return to see her again. Thankfully the price is reasonable as well, added bonus! Thanks Dawn!

I needed to book quick because my young son had photo day at school soon. I called around to different places but they were fully booked or closed Sundays. Hair Forum had availability and I booked him in for a trim. It wasn't very busy which was good. The lady who cut his hair (Karen) was very friendly and amazing with him. They were chatting it up by the end of it. My son is usually very quiet around strangers but when he opens up he's a chatter box. I was loosing faith with hair places here in Burlington. My family and I have had many bad experiences. My daughter and I actually drive to St. Catharines to get our hair cut. I would definetly go back to Hair Forum though!
