We were pleased with the quality of the work and the final results of the project. Improved communication and follow-up from the office regarding scheduling would have made this a 5-star review. We had a comparatively small project that required extra care and attention, and Custom Contracting delivered. We felt our Project Manager, Jason, went above our expectations in ensuring excellent work and meeting the deadline provided. We will use Custom Contracting for our future needs.

I got new eavestroughs with gutters installed with Custom Contracting this week. Right from the beginning my experience with this company has been nothing but wonderful. From my first meeting with Austin to discuss the work needing done to the estimate - to Jason fully explaining to me the process and what to expect with the work being done. Jason was always very responsive if and when I had questions. The workers that did the installation were also amazing. They explained to me what is being done and what to expect while they were there. We experienced great service from Custom Contracting from start to finish. They did a dormer window and roofing repair for us in spring 2023. Work was done in 2 days as planned. The guys on site were professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the finished project and the clean up. We will use them again.Services: Skylight repair
