One week later our parking spots still snowed in. Very half ass work guys
I am staying at Staybridge Oakville and I am in snow removal as well. What a disgrace . We are 48 hours after a Major snow fall walks not scraped piles of snow in areas Cant park and garbage bins can’t be picked up.
Luckily enough I have my own plow I have to create my own parking spot every night since the storm . This is the worst service I’ve ever seen. There are elderly people staying here this is a huge liability.
I’ve realize the increase in salt prices how could you do this to a hotel by using sand salt the mess it tracks in is unreal. I hope your customer is aware of what you are doing . I know you will scam them

Consistently cause damages while salting and when you call to speak to someone, you get hung up on. Poorly run business and bad attitude staff.
