“My wife and I have been loyal customers for 30 years! Our sevice has continued even with new cars! We bought our Honda Odyssey two years ago. During our recent service call, I mentioned to Todd that there was a bad "knock" when backing up the car. Todd, had his theory of what the problem was, and suggested that it would be best to take it to our Honda dealership, as it involved remoivng the bumper, and it could be under warranty. Also, at the same time, Todd noticed that the "bushings" were separated... BAD NEWS! {Caveat ... I don't know what that is!} We took it to our Honda dealership, and the technician, matter-factly, stated that any report from another service station could not be accepted on "face-value"! He proceeded to advise my wife and I, that just to check to see what the problem was, would cost us $ 500.00! On one level, I understood, but on another level, I pointed our the Stop and Go was {In my opinion!} the best service station, anywhere! I immediately called Todd and he talked to the technician. After a few seconds of detailed information, the tone of the technician, {thankfully} seemed a lot more receptive to following up on the Stop and Go's analysis! Todd emphasized, to show the rep, the Stop and Go report, with the pictures, supporting their conclusions! While looking at the detailed report, the technician said, "Wow, these guys are thorough!" Both Todd and Stop and Go and the technician at our Honda dealership, came through for us! Our car is going to be fixed under warranty! Thank you Honda for your service.
