This place is fantastic! I had terrible pain in one of my molars but didn't have a dentist to go to. Dr. D’Souza saw me one hour after I called, did an assessment, and scheduled me in the next day to do the required root canal. Procedure went well and I was only a little sore for a couple hours after, which was much better than my previous root canal at another office years ago. This office showed a level of care and empathy that I've never experienced at a dentist's office before. I was nervous, anxious (like most people having to go to a dentist), and obviously in a lot of pain, and the way Dr. D’Souza conducted herself made it clear that it mattered... read full review
Amazing clinic. I highly recommend Burlington family Dental Clinic. Dr. Emma D’souza was very kind, attentive, caring and explained very in-depth during my first consultation. I’m quite sensitive to pain but she treated me gently so it didn’t hurt. She was patient, thorough and walked me through the x-rays/scan to a level I've never had before at a dentist and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She also gave me tips on brushing. The clinic seems to really care about their patients and the front desk was friendly too. Thank you for the kind and professional care. I visited Burlington family dental center with referral for Crown replacement after suffering and with bad experience at other dental facility. Highly recommend Dr. Emma D'Souza for her treatment in Crown, Cleaning and for clear view of my smile by using intraoral camera.
