“I had a bit of a hair fiasco yesterday when the stylist I was originally booked with didn’t show up, but I have to give the salon so much credit for how they handled the situation.<br><br>The entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. They rearranged things to make sure I was still taken care of rather than leaving me without an appointment, and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They also gave me some complimentary products, which was such a thoughtful gesture and so appreciated.<br><br>Jessica ended up doing my hair and she was amazing. She was so patient with me, did a beautiful job, and was genuinely such a pleasure to talk to throughout the appointment.<br><br>After my colour was finished, I wasn’t completely happy with how bright it looked on me. They listened to my concerns, took me seriously, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left feeling good about my hair. They reassured me that if I got home and still wasn’t happy, I was absolutely welcome to come back and they would work with me until I loved it.<br><br>After washing and styling it at home, I’m actually OBSESSED with how it turned out! It’s beautiful, even, bright, and exactly the refresh my hair needed.<br><br>What could have been such a frustrating experience ended up being a really positive one because of how professionally and compassionately the salon handled everything. Every single person I interacted with was so lovely. These ladies are truly beautiful inside and out, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their experience.<br><br>Thank you to Jessica and the entire team for taking such good care of me! 🤍”
