From begining to end 10/10.The process to book online was seamless. The front desk administration staff was very friendly.Shima (RMT) was absolutely amazing. Paid close attention to my main areas of pain and applied perfect pressure. Environment was quiet and very relaxing. I will be visiting again very soon.

My facial attendant was extremely quick and nimble with the facial massage …firm pressure and finger massage. I have never experienced such firm and appropriate massage with a lot of moisturing that felt like it penetrated deep into my layers of skin. I felt like my face & neck were well hydrated and moisturized and I felt quite invigorated by all the stimulation. Definitely recommend Valentina! Bravo to you for a wonderful experience! Much appreciated ❤️

Therapists are all great, I always go to see Lovy and Serge and I can't say enough amazing things about them!! They are both exceptional! The front desk staff are always pleasant! The only complaint I have is the sound proofing in the building, depending on which room you are in you can hear as clear as day the music coming from the restaurant next door, most recently it was upbeat dance music with a lot of base, this can distract you from being in your massage zen place. It would be amazing if Hand and Stone Aurora could look at ways to try and enhance the sound proofing with the walls to adjoining stores.
