What an incredible experience I just had. I booked an appointment for a shellac manicure and had the pleasure of meeting Binal. I had walked to my appointment and during my time there it began to rain. Binal offered to drive me home. I am beyond touched and very grateful for not only the best manicure I have ever had, but also from her kindness. This was beyond exceptional service. Thank you for everything.
I had an excellent massage experience at Balsam Spa! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My massage was exactly what I needed—professional, therapeutic, and incredibly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Balsam Spa, and I’ll definitely be back!
