I had my eyebrows threaded by Binal and she was amazing! They were so accommodating with scheduling me in and I'm so happy with how my brows look. Very relaxing atmosphere.

This is my second review for Balsam Spa because they continue to impress me.

I’ve been coming here for about 8–10 years for massages, manscaping, and other services, and the entire team is always professional, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I never want to leave!

This review is specifically for Daniela. I went in with a very sore neck and upper back, and she did an incredible job. She’s currently working toward becoming an RMT, but her skills are already outstanding. Within about an hour after my appointment, I felt significantly better and much more mobile.
