Dr. Emily Sinclair is actual magic. I went in for chiropractic care and left wondering how I let myself be that sore for so long when she easily helped. She’s that good.

On top of that, her postpartum class is chef’s kiss. Seriously, every new mom needs this in their life. It’s not just about recovery, it’s about feeling like yourself again (and realizing you’re not alone in the chaos).

She’s knowledgeable, kind, and always totally ready for kids; toys, distractions, the whole deal. You never feel rushed or stressed if your little one’s along for the ride.

Over the last 30 years pain has been my constant companion. I have tried acupuncture with 3 practitioners most of which did the square root of diddle squat.
