I recently started acupuncture about a month ago with Emily for my back and ankle. Their staff is so kind and welcoming. She is fantastic and so professional! Emily definitely cares about helping you fix the pain and works so well with me. She is also so friendly and patient. I highly recommend Optimal Health!

This clinic is amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice. It’s clean and well organized, always running on time. I highly recommend Dr Sinclair and Optimal Health, I’m feeling so much better since I’ve been seeing her on a regular basis!
