“About 5 weeks into a severe bout of sciatica, I researched the best physiotherapist in the area. This happened to be Shelley Holseth. Since then I have never looked back. Shelley was comprehensive in her initial assessment, including a through review of all medical reports and a physical evaluation. I had been in constant (manageable) pain for 3 years and debilitating pain for in excess of a month. Shelly got right to work and had me off my crutches within a week. After roughly 4 weeks I was virtually pain free. Continuing physio helped to improve my reduced range of motion, that was brought about by lack of use of the affected leg. In the end, I am still pain free, for the first time in over 3 years. If you need to see someone, I high recommend Shelley.“

“I have been coming for physio and massage at the Brampton Physiocare and Wellness Clinic for my second accident and now for my third accident and Manny and his staff are wonderful, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and pin point the pain to work on. They also have a great system regarding appointments. The beginning of the week I will schedule my appointments for the following week and I will get a text the minute I leave then they will send me a reminder the day before and the morning of. I have recommended friends and family to the clinic. I always speak very highly about the clinic and give them 100/100.“
