I came to Physiotemple for the first time after seeing their Instagram page and learning how they help people who work office jobs and spend 8 hours a day sitting at a desk.
Kassandra did an amazing job. Even after just one session, I'm already starting to feel better. I had a lot of tight muscles in my neck and shoulders, and I can already notice an improvement. I'm looking forward to coming back again. My appointment was for 6:30 pm and due to traffic I got there late around 6:45, she was supposed to be done with her shift at 7 pm however she stayed back to finish the massage and did an amazing job !

I’ve been to other physiotherapy clinics where most of the appointment was spent on machines, but my experience at Physiotemple Health was completely different. The physiotherapist actually spent time with me one-on-one and used a variety of treatments based on what I needed.
They did hands-on manual therapy, guided me through exercises, worked on my movement, and explained what was causing the issue instead of just giving me a generic routine. Every appointment felt personalized, and I could tell they were actually paying attention to how I was progressing.

I was visiting Woodbridge from out of town for an event when I suddenly needed emergency treatment for severe pain. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and I'm so grateful they did.
Dr. Jason was fantastic for chiropractic care. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to assess my condition and explain the treatment.
