Met Adam Perkins for a number of sessions for my chronic lower-back pain. The initial assessment was eye-opening, determining the precise issues with my lower-back. Alongside stretching and strength-building exercises, subsequent sessions with Adam had my back feeling much, much better. So grateful to finally have relief in my lower-back after months of ongoing pain. Adam was super friendly and wonderful to work with.
Went there for physio and my physio therapist (Adam) was really nice and positive. Really nice location too, there was a sushi shop near by, I went a little early so I ended up having a nice little snack before hand.
