I needed the furnace stack straightened. Renato came as soon as possible to look on the roof AND into the attic to determine the source of the problem. A complete assessment was done professionally. Renato gave me the job details and cost. He had time to fix it right then! Once started, he showed me the 'flange' that supports the stack was badly rusted with large holes.
➡️ Renato could have ignored this - it was ignored by Gold Star Roofing in 2022 when they replaced my roof down to the wood. Renato called around and finally found a replacement, on the other side of the city. Job finished in a very respectable time.
➡️ Renato showed me a picture he took from my roof of several nails into the shingle water line !!! This causes the shingle corner to either crack or break off !!! Gold Star Roofing did not take the time to do the JOB RIGHT - Renato & Pro Roofing Services DID !!! ? With good clean up, friendly service & it looks great!

“I woke up to rain water dripping from my light fixture over the sink. Turns out that the roof addition that had been put on over the deck hadn't been done properly by another company. I had more than one roofer come by and a tarp was put up right away. Branden's estimate was considerably lower than the other roofing company, but more than that, he noticed that the valley on the other side also be attended to, and also noticed the falling and bowing tongue and groove cedar planks on the ceiling of the deck. Branden communicated well, and didn't push for the business at all. His crew was polite and everyone seemed to be skilled and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with the work.“

“Our roof was leaking and in depress need of a roofer. D'Angelo and son roofer was going to charge be $4500 just to tarp my roof because it was an emergency. But thanks to a friend of a friend I was able to hire Steven from Better Ridge Roofing and I couldn't be happier. His crew was amazing and so efficient. They were reasonable price, friendly guys (they were talking and joking with my two children), I couldn't ask for a better crew. They came out late at night to tarp my roof to stop the flood because of all the rain. Then came back the next day in the rain to work on it. I cant say enough great things about Steven and his crew.
