Pro One was our last call before giving up on a pet-stained carpet after 2 other attempts to get the smell out. Richard showed up, and he understood the assignment. He got the remaining stain out and totally deodorized the room in time for our airbnb guest who was arriving the next day. There was no pet smell, no damp carpet, no clues for our guest that the carpet had just been treated other than a pleasant citrusy-clean scent. Pro One is no longer my last call for carpet (and duct and dryer vent) cleaning - they're at the top of my list!

The team is courteous, professional and were great at keeping us updated on the progress and next steps of our bathroom renovation. I spent a day at the spa today. I had an amazing massage with Niki. Followed by a most relaxing pedicure and facial with Birgit. It was the best day I have had in a long time. I called to make an appointment for a hair cut. Believe me this is a huge step for me! I didn't think anything would become of the call, but I will get a haircut tomorrow at 1pm.
I hate having my hair done, but it is so annoying right now that I am going through with it!!! I will post my satisfaction with the cut tomorrow. Hopefully I will survive the whole experience tomorrow and they will to. I might even be able to share a photo, which would be Miraculous in itself!! Anyway the price starts at $25 I was told. I really don't care I just need it done now. I really hope it works for all involves tomorrow!!

The young lady that cut my hair yesterday took her time. She kept asking me about every step that she took to cut my hair, to make sure that’s what I wanted. She didn’t rush the cut. That’s the type of hair stylist that I like. I walked away happy & left a tip.
Most of your stylist cut your hair fast. 1. Because they are good at it.
2. Not sure if they have a time frame to cut hair. My response is. They should be allowed to take their time to make sure that’s what the customer wants. Allison is the lady that cut my hair. She did a fantastic job.

I visited Helen for her Brazilian sugaring wax today and she was absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and made me feel so comfortable in her space. I have quite sensitive skin, and had a previous experience elsewhere where I left with sticky residue and bruising on my skin. I was nervous but pleasantly surprised that I left without bruising, and minimal sensitivity. Thank you!

Pat suggested a product that looks like ceramic tile, feels like ceramic tile but the warmth of luxury vinyl. Every and any pregnant woman needs to see Ange, why they don’t advise you to see a pelvic floor therapist if you are pregnant is wild. After a C-section we get sent home with pain meds and a baby… you should also get her number. You should book in to see her and Hannah before you have baby, Specially if you are sick of getting up to pee in the night. Sigh, these ladies are just awesome! So grateful!

We both had outstanding chiropractic care in our previous community and were pleased to find another excellent chiropractor in Chris Bardwell. Chris is thorough and professional. He takes his time to make adjustments. Covid protocols have been well managed. I should also say that his staff are fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this clinic.
