The overall experience was good, but lying face down and noticing that the floor isn't clean distracts from the relaxing atmosphere. It makes it difficult to settle in. I visited once, but likely won't be back since I prefer a cleaner environment

My mani/pedi was the best I have ever had. So relaxing and Jordan really took her time. No rushing. She did a wonderful job. All the staff were so pleasant. Great ambiance, sets the relaxation mood. Will definitely be heading back.
