I highly recommend BIHC for your chiropractic needs. I have learned through the years that going as soon as you have your injury is very important. They have all procedures at their disposal. Most importantly is to do the required exercises that work in conjunction with their services.

They are awesome, fit me in on short notice and worked hard to make me more comfortable with my severe back pain. Very comforting, caring and professional. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Erika is a terrific physio (I've met lots) and Brad Robar is an outstanding massage therapist to deal with ongoing maintenance. Really good front desk. There are handling covid protocols better than most.
