I moved to Belleville about a year ago. Recently I had a PCB repair requirement. I tried every option and in a last ditch effort I dropped into ChoiceCom. Even though it did not fall into "Core Business" Ian took my module home and repaired it. I was called the next morning and was told the board was ready. When I showed up I asked how much. Response was "Merry Christmas" !!!!! True small town experience!!!! Amazing!!!!!! This is the measurement all should be measured. Thanks again. Making a donation to food bank. Again wow!!!!

Choice Com are amazing to deal with! With it being a small business, you do not get the feel of being just a number in the wheel. Jesse was the tech that worked recently at my facility and was great to deal with. Knowledgeable yet down to earth and made things simple to understand. Highly recommend

Our company has been with Choice Com for some time and have always enjoyed prompt, professional service. Recently I went in with a personal laptop issue and they had it fixed up in a jiff. Ian and Linda were very courteous and helpful. I’d recommend them for any IT needs, personal or business related.

ChoiceCom was established in 1995 to provide choices for small business owners throughout the Kingston and Belleville areas. Our IT services were initially telecommunications, cabling, and print solutions. The current Managing Director and owner, Ian Pollard, emigrated to Canada in 2005 and worked as a service technician within ChoiceCom for the next 5 years. Taking on the role of Managing Director in 2010, Ian expanded the company in the areas of Managed Print and Managed IT. Ian recognizes reliability is key to profitability for any small business. He believes that having an employee waiting around unproductively due to equipment failure is not only unprofitable, but unacceptable. Ian guarantees his customers up-time between 98 and 100%
