I started going to Felix and Ginger at the start of 2025, and let’s just say I’ve continued to return time and time again, the atmosphere here is so welcoming, from the staff to the clients you feel apart of the family the moment you walk in, I’m a blonde and I walk out of the salon feeling my best self every single time, I’m so glad I found this salon and can’t wait to continue coming back year after year!

Love that they have vegan options!! I really hope they keep that option available as the dishes were lovely. The Kihi was our favorite and the Agnolotti main was good as well. Our server Jackie was an absolutely gem, so professional, skilled, and such a lovely vibe! All the staff are great at what they do. The atmosphere of the mill is also wonderfully peaceful especially as an escape from the bustling city.
My wife and I went for our first time on Mother’s Day and absolutely loved it. However, after reading a review I felt compelled to respond. My wife and I were actually in the lobby during this interaction and had to respond because what was described honestly doesn’t reflect what we saw at all. The receptionist with the darker hair was nothing but professional, calm, and patient — especially considering how busy the spa was that day.
From where we were standing, it seemed like there may have simply been some miscommunication during check-in. People in the group were already moving toward the changerooms while she was still explaining the locker instructions, and she appeared to be trying her best to keep everyone organized and informed.
It was Mother’s Day weekend and the lobby was hectic, yet she still handled herself professionally and remained polite with guests around her. We also noticed her being friendly and attentive to others checking in, which is why this review was genuinely surprising to read. Staff in hospitality deserve grace too, especially during one of the busiest weekends of the year. My own experience that day was lovely, and I thought she handled herself with a lot of patience, definitely more than I would’ve had.
My wife and I will definitely be returning as ALL the workers there were so friendly and made the experience one we will never forget. It was a pleasure spending the day there as it was the peace we needed. Paradise without the expensive flights am I right?
