Spa treatments are a great treat, and the overall atmosphere, especially in the scenic country setting, makes for a relaxing experience. While most reviews are positive, some guests have noted that certain spa facilities sometimes feel a bit worn, and the Spa Café menu is simple and limited, focusing on healthy options. A few mentioned that the service can be inconsistent at times. Despite these minor concerns, Millcroft Inn & Spa remains a popular destination for those looking for a rejuvenating getaway in a peaceful setting with comprehensive wellness offerings. The exceptional pools, including a refreshing main pool and a hot springs pool, enhance the overall experience.
Stayed here with my mom for her birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ended up staying an extra night because of how much we loved it! The service at the front desk was excellent and our server at the restaurant was super kind and accommodating for us. The restaraunt is expensive but our meals were delicious and so worth it- especially for a special occasion! The room was comfy and clean and the pool area was nice. Such a relaxing little getaway!
I’ve been to this spa twice now and I’m happy with the massage I got both times except when it was time to relax outdoors I can’t help but notice the place needing some really good tlc. The garden need maintenance. It lacks that zen quality which is important for relaxation and serenity. The pools indoor and outdoor as well as the steam room need to be restored and revitalized. The cold plunge pool looks dated as well. Overall I give it 3 stars
My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Millcroft Inn yesterday. The service we received by staff in the restaurant was the best we ever experienced!
The location and atmosphere was great.
We would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that asked if we could use the pool area for an hour after check out and the request was categorically denied. After spending $825 for one night stay (includes Dinner and breakfast & 25% tips to restaurant staff) both my wife and I found this a little penny wise and pound foolish. This was our second anniversary experience at the Millcroft but it may be our last.
