Reviews are WRONG!! I just returned from a 2 night stay in one of the croft rooms at the inn - wow it was exceptional! I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but our room was clean, old, but clean & amazing. The service went above and beyond from the front desk - to Benjamin in the pools area & the restaurant staff, we were so impressed. We were hand delivered sparkling rose & chocolate each day along with a nightly rose. We loved the individual hot tub & all the spa had to offer. It was rarely busy, and the pool temperature was perfect.

Staff at the hotel. Fantastic. From spa staff to reception to the restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pillows a bit too soft. Bring your own if you need neck support.
Air conditioner in room good
If your booked in to get your room at 3pm keep in mind you can't go in the pools till after 3. My husband and I spent the day cycling and we got back just before 3pm
Overall my husband and I are so relaxed we are all here for the same reason to relax. Also don't be afraid of the cold plunge pool a thirty second in and out gets rid of any pain. The hot tub is amazing. Stand under the waterfall and get yourself a nice massage.

I had a wonderful experience at Millcroft Spa. The spa is beautiful, clean, and very cozy, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The massage was excellent, and I also appreciated that they provide registered massage therapy receipts that can be submitted to insurance.
