This was a lovely getaway for 3 year anniversary. I'm not sure what there is to complain about. We stayed in the Crofts- 111. Our personal hottub was at a perfect temperature and room was so cute. We had an amazing walk through the woods and enjoyed the multiple pools. This was wonderful getaway and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.
** Spa Only ReviewCustomer service 4/5: the lady at the front desk had a few fumbles but was really hospitable and kind. Wait times exist despite it being a low volume spa.Amenities 2/5: the out door hot tub jets, sauna and steam room do not work unless you turn them on and there are timers. The indoor hot tub had a strange water colour and was cold. Hot water out of the jets for a few minutes and plenty of sand in the bottom. The sauna and steam room are not hot enough to sweat all the toxins out. The showers flickered between hot and cold as well.Services: 2.5/5: my mom and I did massages. Great place only 55 minutes from Toronto. Easy to get to. The Spa, the pools were fantastic. The food was awesome, I do enjoyed my stay.Rooms: The Manson rooms were very spacious and lovely.Food & drinks: Good and drinks were excellent!Noteworthy details: I enjoyed the walking trails on the property.
