I am writing this today as I want to thank Katherine, Ryan and the team at Drivewise head office in Barrie. When we experienced some issues with the Orangeville franchise, we reached out to the head office for help. In less than 24 hours, Katherine had connected with us, heard us and scheduled the remainder of my sons in car sessions. In fact, Katherine and team were so responsive that my son was in car the next morning as Instructor Ryan, drove from Barrie to Orangeville, on a Sunday, to deliver an 8 AM lesson.
Despite whatever was going on with the local franchise, DriveWise head office stepped up, addressed concerns, took action and ensured that students, like my son, had any outstanding lessons completed and driver testing arranged. For us, Katherine and Ryan not only demonstrated the integrity of the DriveWise brand, but were nothing less than exceptional with every interaction and lesson they provided.
