We stayed at the Inn and had picked the room with dinner & breakfast package for our one-night stay. Turns out, this package is terrific value if you do plan on a 3-course meal and breakfast.
The location of this restaurant is beautiful. I mean, an 1800s mill, by a nice brook, with a clear view of the waterfall in a semi-private space. How do you beat that! So the food you say? We ordered asparagus & fennel veloute, fish cakes to start, rabbit, and fish stew for mains and shared a lemon desert. All washed down by a bottle of very decent Italian Pinot Griggio.

Our server Jackie was amazing. We both have gluten and dairy intolerance and she was went above and beyond to ensure that everything we ate was fine. Even brought us gluten-free bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. She knew the menu well and was very friendly and professional the whole time!
Love that they have vegan options!! I really hope they keep that option available as the dishes were lovely. The Kihi was our favorite and the Agnolotti main was good as well. Our server Jackie was an absolutely gem, so professional, skilled, and such a lovely vibe! All the staff are great at what they do. The atmosphere of the mill is also wonderfully peaceful especially as an escape from the bustling city.
