I have been a member of Women’s Fitness Ajax location for 5+ years and I love this location. Starting from front staff Saida & all the other girls are very welcoming and respectful. I appreciate the hard work Marleen does to make this place super clean. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the classes at the gym so much fun and instructors are excellent. I feel safe coming to the gym nobody judges you.Last but not the least Deb is outstanding accommodating membership when my schedule changes she always respect and recommends better options.Thank you and keep up the good work.

Mariam is the most amazing trainer. Mariam pushed me through both physical and emotional pain, an injury that weakened my body, a fear to move forward and not give up on my health. Women’s fitness is a gem in Durham. I am forever grateful for the patience and brilliance of my trainer but especially her friendship.

It has been many years since I joined a gym. Womens Fitness Clubs was my choice when deciding to get into better shape. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the hours fit perfectly with my schedule. The staff and clients are very friendly and relaxed. I decided to go with Personal Training sessions and my trainers name is Laura. I suffer from arthritis and Laura was very understanding and changed my workout routines to ones that will still work the muscles but not cause pain where the arthritis is.
