We have been loyal customers of Colonial Pools for ten years now and needed a new pool liner. Michelle was great from start to finish. Priced fairly and perfect installation from the team. Very pleased! Thanks again for helping to create our oasis!
We had numerous issues with our pool and I called and spoke to the associate before coming in. She was so knowledge and helpful. I then went to the store and had my water tested. My husband was away for work and he usually looks after the pool, but the women working there wrote out all the steps, gave me the most economical option that would get me the results I needed and were so sweet. This place has excellent customer service and we will go here for all our pool needs now.
Based on my experience, Colonial Pools has been the most professional & personable store & for a novice like myself , I felt appreciated rather than a nuisance for asking questions & not frustrated or even more confused after hanging up the phone, lol. Even though the location is by no means my most convenient option, its well worth it.
