I went to colonial pools this morning around 9am, as my other pool place wasn't open until 10am, I thought I would try it. They don't overcharge and the girls there were extremely friendly!. my pool was opened a week before and was a light green, they treated the problem first by getting rid of the algae first, they didn't try to make me buy chemicals I didn't need. I'll be switching to colonial pools from now and on.

In July 2025, my husband and I decided that we needed to replace our original 38-year-old pool liner as it had started to develop a few small tears. We also needed a new pool deck as I was tired of fixing all the concrete deterioration along the edges of where the deck met the pool edges. I tried several times to contact the original builder by phone and in person. I was told each time that someone would call or come by my house to see the pool. After 2 weeks, I gave up and contacted Colonial Pools in Ajax after reading their reviews online. I left a message for the owner, Michelle.
