Timeliness, follow-up, and keeping employees. For every 6 messages you leave on the owner's phone he will return one. For every 4 appointments that you schedule you'll receive 3 excuses for the others. This is an ongoing problem with the company. The owner doesn't function with reliable timelines, and that is poor business.
