This company was fantastic. Homeowners insurance claims are nightmare when there is extensive damage and the process takes eight months. Had it not been for this company and keeping such good records they were able to prevent my insurance From going back on The original estimate and I was able to have everything fixed. Now as a general contractor they work with Carpenters plumbers ,cabinet guys, countertop guys Etc and coordinating that can be a headache. If ever there was a miscommunication, they made it right. The team at Copeland Construction is amazing. I worked with them for several weeks on my kitchen project. They replaced the sheetrock, built new cabinets, painted the kitchen and installed new countertops. Their teams worked in tandem to make sure that each step was completed in a timely fashion and everyone showed up on time and took pride in their work. Communication was excellent across the board. I would highly recommend them for projects big or small.
I was referred to Copeland by my insurer, for whom they are a preferred provider. I looked into them before committing, and they have been in business for decades with largely excellent reviews, which made me comfortable using them. After my experience with Copeland, there is clearly a reason for that - they came out very quickly and got things moving fast. They were communicative and extremely professional, and their staff members who came to do the paint and drywall, Wilmer and Ponce, not only did a great job but were just really nice guys who went above and beyond to do good, detail-oriented work. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Copeland.
