I hired Cooper Heat & Air for the great service, honest straightforward evaluation, and fair pricing after evaluating 3 companies and finding that only one met these standards. Sylvester Cooper offered and explained the options and sold me a new unit that was within my budget, offers great performance, and focused on my total cost of ownership rather than maximizing his profit by selling me a more costly unit that would have cost me more to operate. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. Cooper Heat and Air then sent installers that did a professional job on the installation of the new unit. Is am very satisfied and give them my strongest recommendation.

Personable, fair price, good communication, and, perhaps most importantly given the 100 degree temps, fast service. Came out same day and had the system back up and going in just a few hours. Sylvester is now my go to HVAC guy!
