We had a great experience with LensCrafters. Alicia was so helpful and quite knowledgeable when it came to the inventory. Her communication was very clear and helpful. 10/10 recommend
Alicia was so patient and helpful. She really listened to my needs and guided me to a pair of glasses I am really excited about. Her manager, Billyjo, supported her without being obtrusive, which as a retail manager myself , i know is a real skill. Just loved the whole experience!!!!!!
Today I went into the LensCrafters at Tulsa Hills and have to say how much I appreciate them. I did not get my glasses there, but they adjusted my glasses cheerfully and I am going to go there next time I need new ones. They were wonderful!
