I have been coming to this location for a long time. I was there on February 26th 2026,I had an awesome time with Shawna,she took concern with all tests,took her time with me,she told me everything was going on and she made notes to the doctor....Dr Wagner is awesome also,he is very experienced in the field he's in
With a referral from optometrist, we got in quickly. They spent 10-12 minutes on paperwork and got us in quickly. Thorough exam. Called in a prescription opthalmic ointment that insurance has to approve because it's over $2,000!!! Called back and asked for a different medicine for blepharitis. That was Friday morning. Still waiting to hear something on Sunday and tomorrow is bank holiday...EDIT a week later, with our insurance paying 3/4, pharmacy program gave us the needed prescription.
I don't know where the negative reviews come from, I guess some people just like to complain. I have nothing but high marks for Triad Eye here in Muskogee. I have never been there before but stopped by with a scratched cornea and within 30 minutes was seeing a doctor. The very nice receptionist even helped me fill out my paperwork because of the pain I was going through and the lack of vision. Dr. Baggs was a great doctor explaining things fully. My whole visit was met with professionalism every step of the way and I will gladly return.
