“I was in town for business purposes, and in one of my finer moments, I sat on my glasses accidentally and popped a lens out, bent the frame and blew out a lens holder. I visited Empire Optical and Kayla took one look and said "oh no worries, I can repair that!" And repair she did!! I thought my glasses were goners and I'd just have to squint for the rest of my business trip. Fortunately, Kayla repaired my glasses, made sure they were adjusted to fit my face and to top it all off...the repair service she performed was no cost. The staff were extremely friendly and the store was very, very clean. I'm really thankful for Kayla and Empire Optical, and I highly recommend to anyone!“

They were really good to give me space when I needed it, and knew when it step in and offer a couple of different frames I might have overlooked. We were told ahead of time to prepare for the visit to take close to 2 hours and that they would be dilating my son's eyes for the appointment. So helpful to know that going in. Dr. Groves was wonderful, caring, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. And they have a great little play space for young kids to help entertain. Highly recommend!“
