As a walk-in patient I had a very quick and pleasant experience with the staff at this office. I got my yearly eye exam and selected a new pair of glasses. I was greeted when I came in. The wait was short to get in the process for the eye exam. The technician performing the preliminary procedures was very courteous and pleasant. The doctor was pleasant and patient with me with the machine and eye charts. Finally the front office staff was also very polite and made sure I understood what insurance covered and what I had to pay. I received all the paperwork covering the exam, glasses and charges. Overall a great experience.
Their customer service is excellent. Front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Their facility is always clean and neat. Their front desk staff really make your experience because they are so kind and easy to talk to. They always assist you in a timely manner, even while multitasking and taking phone calls. I've been coming here for years and even after moving across town, I have not wanted to find a new optometry clinic because my experience here has been wonderful.
I had arm virus in my left eye and it hurt so badly I called an was able to get in same day. Everyone was so attentive to me. Dr. Risner came in to see me. He seen how much pain i was un in got it figured out in no time. I appreciate him so much. Elnora Miner
