I have been in customer service for about 35 years and when I tell you that these folks know how to take care of their clients, that a gross understatement. My first encounter with them was an emergency for me, my mother was gravel ill and I sat on my glasses. I went in to get their advertised special because I didn't know my insurance information and at that time didn't care. I was worried about my mom. I recently came in for a new pair of glasses and received the best customer service I have ever received from Dr. Zoellner's staff, and I have been coming here for 15+ years. Syd (I may have spelled her name incorrectly), was such an angel, she helped with each step of the process. I will be asking for her every time I come in. She was the absolute best.
