Very personable and helpful on the phone. Heater went out over night and called at 8 am when opened. They had someone out by 11 same day at no extra charge. The technician (Golden) was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. He wore a mask whole time. Heat was working when he left but he said he really didn't find anything that was conclusively making it not work so he tightened connections. He discovered another issue that needed attention and got me scheduled for them to come back early next week. The next week comes and the day they are to come the heater goes out again during the night. I phone that morning again and the person is again pleasant and easy to deal with....read full review
