Great company to work with. Fast response, arrived when they told me they would. Did the job efficiently and with no problems. They dug out and replaced a broken water hydrant in my yard. The repair they did was better than the original work. I could not be happier. The $$ for the work was reasonable for what work and parts were needed. I hope I don't need a plumber in a while but if I do Hancock will be my first call.

We have a mobile home that we've had in Stillwater since our kids were in school some 21 years ago. We keep it because we love to come to Stillwater for games and events. Well, after that many years the water heater went out. Since we shut off the water when not there, it was a small leak and little damage. Started calling plumbers starting at the to of the listed plumbers. They couldn't get to it till next week and some never answered. Thank so much to Curtis are Hancock Plumbing. He came over first thing in the morning and replaced the water heater. While the he did a few other things needed. We have used Hickman Plumbing three times for our business in the last a week or so the technicians are very knowledgeable professional polite efficient and they've left with the job being completed we are very happy with their services and would highly recommend them for anyone business or residential
