“Plumbing department review:
Mickey visited our residence with a concern regarding a potential leaking brass valve plumbed into our washing machine. Furthering investigation our A/C drain line pipes into the same drain as our washing machine and has a V shaped connection that wasn’t seated fully that allows the homeowner to drop in their washing machine drain line and A/C drip line into the same drain. V shape connection had a small amount of debris build up and water was egressing around the base giving the illusion of the valve potentially leaking. This gentlemen was professional upon arrival, provided valid input, and followed through with any other concerns we as homeowners may have he could address during his visit.”

“We have a mobile home that we've had in Stillwater since our kids were in school some 21 years ago. We keep it because we love to come to Stillwater for games and events. Well, after that many years the water heater went out. Since we shut off the water when not there, it was a small leak and little damage. Started calling plumbers starting at the to of the listed plumbers. They couldn't get to it till next week and some never answered. Thank so much to Curtis are Hancock Plumbing. He came over first thing in the morning and replaced the water heater. While the he did a few other things needed. My wife is very hard to impress, but she was very happy with the professionalism and work done by Chris. We have a few other projects that need to be done sometime and we will be asking for him again.

I understand that many don't want to do mobile homes, but it's so great to see someone who wants the job done to satisfaction.

“I called Patriot in a panic last night at 8:40pm because we noticed our toilets were bubbling for no apparent reason. We are planning to leave in 24 hours for a weeklong vacation and so did not wanna leave it till we returned. They answered the phone and agreed to be here by 9 AM the next morning. They were early. They patiently listened to all of the horror stories that our old House from 1968 have brought with all of its Plumbing demons. They were very conscious of the fragile cast-iron pipes in the slab underneath and went about it in the most non-invasive way possible. They were so kind and respectful and reassuring, and had me up and running in about 45 minutes. We paid $225 and it was well worth it.”
