It's 18 degrees outside and two of my toilets start overflowing for the second time this month. I decided to call a professional. Don came out almost immediately after speaking with him. I was so lucky to get Don today. He was kind and patient with me because I didn't know a lot of the answers to questions he was asking. He was very courteous and wore a mask. He took the time to figure out of plumbing system to locate the clog. He is a hard worker and has great people skills! He also taught me about septic systems. If I have to use roto rooter again I really hope Don is working that day!
Adam was very polite, kind, efficient professional and knowledgeable. The work was more than he expected but was done in a very timely manner. And also provided tips to prevent this issue in the future! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
