I was happily greeted and taken care of by the wonderful staff when I arrived. Dr. Madden was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly during my appointment. Then the ladies in the glasses department were willing to help, but also gave me space to look around at lenses on my own. Overall, a great office!

My kitchen was hot when cooking and my pantry was hot. Call Northwind who came out and evaluated and then made recommendations with an estimate. We scheduled a time to upgrade. They increased the size of the vent in the kitchen and added a return air to the pantry. They showed me the filter so I could order the correct replacement. They had 3 young men who came out who were very respectful. Would check in for any questions. Kept the work area very clean. Wow great customer service with a great work ethic!.

Just recently, there was a clog, and Chris came out to blow out the drain in the back yard

What I thought would still be covered under warranty… I was charged $185 for
Another plumber told me he would do it for around $95 but suggested I go with the original company that installed everything-
He just happened to be in the area working on a rent house next-door-Their problem was tree roots
My problem was a minor clog that didn’t take much time at all when Chris used my garden hose to flush everything out
If their new company that took over, has only greed in mind… I will never use this company again
Because I am retired and live on a fixed income, I had to postdate my check for January 1
And by the way, I am still paying on that home equity loan from four years ago
I think most companies give at least a five year warranty
So forget about the multiple star rating previously

My girls have been coming back smelling great and the best grooming they have received in the 7 years of groomers. Thredogs don't mind going and are not stressed when I pock them up. Recommend them highly.

This girl is good at her craft for sure she is quick and efficient with little explaining. It's too bad that it's all the way in Purcell and I live in OKC but at least if I'm ever down in the area I want to stop in and have her turn me up
I couldn't be happier with my HVAC installation. One thing that really stood out was how much I learned from Robert throughout the process. He took the time to explain the difference between a true quality installation and the shortcuts that are often taken in many new-home installations. I never realized how seemingly small details like properly sealing the furnace can make such a difference. It not only helps the system cool the house more efficiently but also prevents warm, dusty attic air from being pulled into the home.
Naomi was fantastic as well. She patiently walked me through the various financing options, answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
