This studio is everything and more that I was looking for when I moved to Owasso from Boston. I am a hot yoga teacher and practitioner and I could not have imagined a better place to land here. The studio is beautiful and bright, the teachers are super friendly and knowledgeable and the community is the BEST! There are plenty of super sweaty lobby chats after class because no one wants to leave. I am so thankful to be a part of this beautiful place!!

I am coming back to my yoga practice after 2 years. I absolutely adore Sheridan and Sarah. Their burn classes are challenging, but they make it enjoyable. The melt and chill class are so relaxing.

One of the best yoga studio in the Owasso area! Wonderful staff, amazing instructors and inspirational classes! This studio makes me a better person and I love how I feel when I’m there!
