Barre & Co. is the best place to work out. Everyone is friendly and they have many class choices. If my abilities don't allow me to do some things, I'm always given alternatives to be easier on my joints. They truly want me to succeed!
I was nervous to start going to a new gym, but instantly loved Barre and Co! Every teacher made me feel so comfortable.
