I pay $30/month and it's well worth it. Ample parking. Masks required inside the facility. Many exercise machines and it's never crowded. Locker room is clean and has showers. Towels provided. Closed on Sundays.“

“While recovering from a fractured ankle, it was recommended that I "give yoga a try." My background in yoga was limited, but I felt that consistently practicing this discipline might improve my flexibility and balance - both had suffered as a result of the fracture, surgery, and "ankle hardware." After 14 weeks with Midtown Yoga, my orthopedic PA stated, "Your X-rays look amazing, you are 6-8 weeks 'ahead' in your mobility, and (smiling) you CANNOT QUIT yoga." So very grateful I "gave yoga a try" at Midtown!“
