“Took a class at SALT Yoga while traveling for work and it exceeded expectations. The class was challenging in the best way, with a great balance of intensity and mindfulness. The instructor created an environment where you could fully disconnect and focus. Easily one of the best yoga experiences I’ve had.“

“While recovering from a fractured ankle, it was recommended that I "give yoga a try." My background in yoga was limited, but I felt that consistently practicing this discipline might improve my flexibility and balance - both had suffered as a result of the fracture, surgery, and "ankle hardware." After 14 weeks with Midtown Yoga, my orthopedic PA stated, "Your X-rays look amazing, you are 6-8 weeks 'ahead' in your mobility, and (smiling) you CANNOT QUIT yoga." So very grateful I "gave yoga a try" at Midtown!“
