Midtown Yoga Owasso
“While recovering from a fractured ankle, it was recommended that I "give yoga a try." My background in yoga was limited, but I felt that consistently practicing this discipline might improve my flexibility and balance - both had suffered as a result of the fracture, surgery, and "ankle hardware." After 14 weeks with Midtown Yoga, my orthopedic PA stated, "Your X-rays look amazing, you are 6-8 weeks 'ahead' in your mobility, and (smiling) you CANNOT QUIT yoga." So very grateful I "gave yoga a try" at Midtown!”
